 Return Policy (Conditions for Returns)

🌟 7-Day Return Window: You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.

🌟 Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

🌟 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return (e.g., personal care items, opened packaging).

🌟 Size/Fit Issues: If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it within 7 days (subject to stock availability).

Refund Policy (Money Back)

🌟 Upon Receiving the Returned Item: Once we receive your returned product,we will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 working days.

🌟 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method you used for payment. For Cash on        Delivery (COD) orders, the amount will be transferred to your bank account or  Easypaisa/JazzCash.

🌟 Delivery Charges: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund the delivery charges. However, if you return the item simply because you changed your mind, delivery charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

🌟 If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., it arrived damaged or was the wrong item), we will replace it within 7 days.

🌟 To process an exchange, the customer must provide an unboxing video or photo so we can verify the issue immediately.
